Feature:
1. The machine is controlled by Mitsubishi PLC and Weinview touch screen, on which working parameters can be preset and operation status can be displayed.
2. Three Mitsubishi servo motors and servo drivers are used for linkage control with high speed and stable tension.
3. Magnetic powder brake is used for unwinding tension.
4. Equipped splice table with pneumatic web clamps .
5. Using the encoder automatic meter counter device, when it reaches the preset length, the machine will automatically stop .
6.The unwind system has EPC/LPC device.
7. The rewind press roller system adopts combined device of discontinuous movement and air pressure auxiliary control to ensure minimum distance between press roller and products, and also to ensure different materials converting.
8. Slitting blade can use upper-lower round knife, razor blade for different material slitting.
